UPDATE: I JUST ORDERED ANOTHER ONE AND IT'S NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. IT'S MUCH SHORTER, THE STRAPS DOESN'T FIT OVER MY RECLINER LIKE THE FIRST ONE THAT I PURCHASED WHICH WAS 8/17/21. IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL TODAY WHEN THE LEFT SIDE STOPPED WORKING AND THE BOTTOM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. AND I CANT EVEN RETURN IT.

Padding was very thin so isnt comfortable to sit on.. mine also came with top two massage motors not working so returned it.. heat worked very good though

Worked fine for 31 days, after that one of the massagers stopped. it's not worth the money if it doesn't work 100% and at least longer than 31 days.

There were alot of options I already owned a Rolling Ball kneading cushion but I wanted a vibrating cushion because there is only so much one cushion can do. This thing is not weak at all the motors are really powerful thus making it effective. Basically it feels like a Subwoofer going down the block vibrating all the windows and your desk it's that good. I don't plan on using it alot hoping to lower my BP and get my stiff back out of wack from working all day in Retail.

My husband really likes his new chair massager, he uses it everyday. I like the fact we can also use it in the car, great for long trips.

The lower vibrator pads stopped working, can't get help replacing!!!
