I have used it for almost 20 days now. It’s a great purchase for us as I feel handicap w/o it when I have gross waistpain. Even it helps in my spondylitis. However the speed now has gone down a bit but still it works good. Only wish it worked best all the time like when we bought it.
Forgot to mention that it warms up the massage area which is really a great job.

I have purchased it one year back…..it is good for back, legs but not recommended for neck.

People designing such products need to understand the body and pain of customer and not get restricted by the design and packaging. The roller balls fixed at both ends of a rod rotate in fixed horizontal direction. But body is not plain right. It should have two switches to operate only one rollers rod set to match the required area. Applying pressure on the non required area creates unnecessary pain.
@Amazon, please share this feedback to the design engineers.
A design with the current one on left side can target plainly levelled areas and on the right side (or say the other side) if it has only one roller ball attached to the rod then one can raise the shoulder or neck a little so that one can target the curvy areas and not have the pain problem many others are reporting in the feedback. Took time to explain this review. Hope this will be reviewed and design will be made better.
