I am restarting workouts as a beginner. I got hurt years ago and got lazy. Now I’m getting back to it. I like this weighted bar. I will probably end up buying heavier bars.

These work for what I need. I needed something to hold my bar weights and this does just that. They are a bit pricey for a couple pieces of plastic but everything is overpriced these days.

Broke my shoulder February 2023 and used it for physical therapy – still use it. I have a 6 lb. and 10 lb.

Husband uses while lying on bed to continue physical therapy exercises. It’s very heavy but it’s what was needed I guess. Sturdy well made.

I wanted this because I don’t worry about hurting my hands adjusting to another size, rolling away, or even tripping over it. I have it leaning on the wall and since it has soft edges don’t worry about it leaving marks. I do plan on getting a 15 lb.
