Synopsis: This bar is a must have for anyone with a cable system hoping to train arms, lats, back, delts, and much more.
I bought this bar for my girlfriend’s garage gym I built. We have a pulley system in the gym and needed a way to hit a variety of lat positions, arms, a variety of back positions, and much more.
The bar is incredibly sturdy and feels great in your hands. The grips are truly gripy and even in the heat of North Carolina summers, I never need to chalk up to use the bar (unless I work off the grips). For the price, you really cannot go wrong with this tool. It’s a must have in any gym and will be a common tool used during your training!
